Tea Room Review
Located on a corner in charming old town the Lavender Rose Tea Room's 1894 home has seen incarnations as Town Hall, a bank, appliance store and even button factory! Boasting high ceilings, 8 crystal chandeliers and 2 large picture windows, the space alone is impressive. But the stately ambience doesn't end there. Lace sheers, linen doilies, handsome antique cabinets and antique silver utensils seal the deal. Once settled into the beautiful surroundings there is nothing more one can do but relax and savour the symphony of tastes produced by chef Thanya Foster. See the menu below for information on her Concerto Fine Dining Dinners served by candlelight at the tea room.
